Refund policy

All products on the ArtRabbit Shop are personalised and made on demand. Due to the custom-nature of our products, they are not eligible for return. 

You can claim for misprinted, damaged or defective items within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Exceptions / non-returnable Items
Non-returnable products include but are not limited to perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or discrepancies such as misprinted or the wrong items, please contact us at support@artrabbit.com before returning any items so we can review your claim and organise a replacement.

Note for EU Consumers on the 14-day Cooling Off Period
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised. Thus, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our products. We cannot accept order cancellations or returns within 14 days on this basis.

Replacement Policy
If an item is flawed or damaged, please inform us promptly so that we can make it right by providing a replacement.
